red pepper flakes (or to taste)

cooked black beans

avocado, diced

1/4 cup

diced red onion

2/3 cup

cooked quinoa

medium carrot, finely shredded

1/4 cup

chopped cilantro

2 tbsp

lime juice

1/4 cup

chopped red onion (optional)

garlic cloves, crushed or put through a press

1/2 tsp

salt (heaping)

  • If not going vegan, garnish with cheese, sour cream, avocado, sriracha, etc.
