apple cider vinegar

cranberries (fresh or thawed)

= 155 gr white chocolate (I used Milka white chocolate and cut in small bits)

room temperature butter, unsalted

= 200 gr icing sugar (do not replace with regular sugar)

1/2 cup

heavy cream

orange zest

dried cranberries and chocolate flakes for garnish

For the glaze:

1/2 cup

butter, room temperature

4 1/2 oz

= 125 gr cream cheese

2 1/2 cups

powdered sugar (more or less, depending on how thick you want the glaze)

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract
