asparagus - 12-15 medium spears 1/2"-3/4" thick

1 tbsp

olive oil

thin slices prosciutto (see note*) (half the number of asparagus spears preparing)

black pepper and or your favorite salt-free seasonings

(DO NOT SALT - the prosciutto is very salty, so NO additional salt is needed.)
