tamari sauce (or soy sauce)

Chinese five spice powder

Generous pinch each salt and pepper

to 2 large cloves garlic, minced

cream cheese, room temperature (low-fat is fine)

large egg white

minced fresh parsley leaves

leftover mashed potatoes

all-purpose flour
