unsweetened coconut flakes (I used larger flakes, but small ones are fine too)

1/4 cup

each nut and/or seed: pumpkin seeds, cashew pieces, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds and ground flaxseed

1/2 tbsp

cinnamon

Lily's chocolate chips , optional

1/4 cup

coconut oil

1 tbsp

THM Super Sweet Blend

1/2 tbsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

maple extract
