INGREDIENTS

3 cups

rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)

2 cups

raw almonds, sliced or slivered

1 tsp

cinnamon

sea salt

2 tbsp

coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup

unsweetened pumpkin puree (applesauce works too)

1/2 cup

maple syrup

1 tsp

almond extract or vanilla extract if almond not available

zest, 1 orange

optional: 1 flax egg (1 T ground flax mixed with 3 T of warm water)*

3/4 cup

unsweetened dried cranberries
