Chicken patties, all-natural cooked and diced

Veggies- broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper, mixed

Salt & pepper

1/2 tbsp

Olive oil

1 cup

Quinoa and brown rice mix from seeds of change

2 tablespoons (give or take- I don't measure and just drizzle some over the top)liquid aminos, tamari or soy sauce
