Red Pepper Flakes (ground, measure before grinding)(may omit)

Cornstarch or equivalent Arrowroot dissolved in ΒΌ cup stock

Green Chiles (Hatch) (Roasted, Skinned and Chopped)

cubed baked potatoes (may substitute grilled or roasted cauliflower)

Sharp Cheddar or Jalapeno Jack β shredded (meltable soy substitute)
