Dump-and-Bake Aloha Chicken and Rice

Chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins, thin boneless skinless

1 tsp

Garlic

1 cup

Onion

1 20 ounce can

Pineapple tidbits in, juice

1

Red bell pepper

3/4 cup

Chicken broth, low sodium

1/2 cup

Soy sauce, lite

1 1/2 cups

White rice, instant

1/2 cup

Brown sugar


NOTES

  • Tasty but had a bit too much liquid. Added a little pepper. Also only put in 3/4 of the soy sauce and added the other 1/4 water.
