oat flour (sub for coconut flour for paleo option)
sea salt

nut butter of choice (I used almond butter)
1 tbsp
pure maple syrup (can sub for another sticky sweetener)
Dairy free milk of choice (optional)
Chocolate chips/nuts etc (optional)
