cooked chickpeas OR 1 cup frozen peas or green beans

1/2 tsp

ground cumin

1 tsp

ground coriander

1/2 tsp

ground fenugreek

1 tsp

ground turmeric

1/2 tsp

paprika

1/2 tsp

green curry paste, OR a pinch of cayenne

1/4 tsp

salt OR 1 Tbsp soy sauce

1/2 can

coconut milk + 1/2 cup water OR 1 can light coconut milk
