pkg three cheese tortellini (preferably the refrigerated kind)
garlic (, minced)
1 1/4 cups
milk ((I used 2%, anything but skim works fine))
1 14.5 ounce can
petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 1/2 cups
(packed) chopped fresh spinach
chopped fresh basil
chopped fresh oregano ((or 1/2 tsp dry))
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
finely shredded parmesan (, plus more for serving)
Red pepper flakes (, for serving (optional))
Very mild! I added chicken boullion and extra spinach. Be sure to not completely Cook the pasta before adding it to the sauce.
Delicious!!!! I used broth instead of the milk, (I still used cream), dry herbs, fresh tomatoes with diced, and some shredded asiago cheese. Yummy!
