Honey Sriracha Chicken

INGREDIENTS

chicken breasts, diced

1/3 cup

cornstarch

1 cup

water

2 tbsp

sriracha (depending on how spicy you want it)

5 tbsp

soy sauce

1 tbsp

minced garlic

1/4 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

honey (depending on how sweet you want it)

2 tbsp

corn starch + 2 tablespoons cold water

optional: crushed red pepper flakes, cooked rice for serving


NOTES

  • Reduce Sriracha to 1 tablespoon And once you add the sauce to the chicken take off heat so the sauce doesn’t reduce and get too thick.
