hot water (not boiling)

1 tsp

organic* matcha green tea powder (or less if you like a less intense matcha flavour)

1 tbsp

coconut oil or organic, grass-fed butter if possible (or a mixture of both)

Honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia

Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
