diced kalamata olives, pits removed

1/4 cup

diced cucumber

1/4 tsp

dried oregano

Salt and pepper,

Whole wheat bread slices, for sandwich

Spinach leaves, for sandwich

Grape tomatoes or tomato slices, for sandwich
