Peanut Butter Pecan Chocolate Cake

dark muscavado sugar

banana, ripe (with dark spot on the skin for a sweeter taste)

1/2 cup

unsweetened cocoa powder

2/3 cup

coconut cream

1/3 cup

grapeseed oil or vegetable oil of your choice (melted coconut oil or light olive oil)

2/3 cup

gluten free flour mix (I used Edmonds in New Zealand)

3/4 cup

pecan nuts

1/4 cup

cocoa nibs or dark chocolate chips

Topping

1

banana, ripe, sliced lenghtwise

square melted 85% cocoa chocolate

Peanut butter frosting

1/2 cup

coconut cream

1/4 cup

peanut butter

1 tsp

liquid honey ( up to 1 tablespoon depending on how sweet you like the frosting)

To decorate:

1/4 cup

dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
