gluten free flour mix (I used Edmonds in New Zealand)

pecan nuts
1/4 cup
cocoa nibs or dark chocolate chips
Topping

banana, ripe, sliced lenghtwise

square melted 85% cocoa chocolate
Peanut butter frosting
1/2 cup
coconut cream
1/4 cup
peanut butter
1 tsp
liquid honey ( up to 1 tablespoon depending on how sweet you like the frosting)
To decorate:
1/4 cup
dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
