lucinato/dinosaur kale stalks, de-stemmed and cut into 1 inch pieces

of a small sweet onion, sliced thin

white wine (I used Pinot Grigio)

shredded mozzarella, divided into 1 C and ½ C

small basil leaves, torn (may use 5-6 large leaves if that's all you have)
1 tsp
Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
shredded parmesan cheese (I used fresh and grated it myself)
