yogurt ( I used low fat Greek yogurt)

2 cups

mango chunks (fresh or frozen, don't add ice if using frozen)

2/3 cup

coconut milk ( can use regular milk)

1/3 cup

coconut water

1/8 tsp

sea salt

1/4 tsp

green cardamom

1/4 cup

honey

Ice – optional only if using fresh mango
