The meat was tender and so delicious! I altered the slaw a little by combining this with another version that we love (less mayo, no apple cider vinegar, added green onions) and it was the perfect compliment to the pork. We served this on toasted Brioche buns.
The pork was delicious, and the slaw added such a nice mix of flavor and crunch! We served it on toasted buns--toasting is a must!
