beer (I used Stella Artois, a Belgium imported beer)

small to medium sweet onions, peeled and cut into ⅓ inch thick rings

Sriracha Sauce

Peanut oil for cooking the onion rings

FOR THE SPICY DIPPING SAUCE:

1/2 cup

olive oil mayonnaise

1 tsp

mustard

1 tbsp

Dijon mustard

2 tbsp

honey

1 tsp

fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp

BBQ sauce

1 tsp

Sriracha sauce
