For the Instant Pot:

lbs Chicken Wing Pieces ( I prefer “wingettes” because they are already cut and ready to put in the pan)

1 cup

Water or Chicken Broth

Salt & Pepper

For the Sauce:

3/4 cup

Franks Hot Sauce

1/2 stick

butter (melted)

1 tbsp

Molasis

1 tbsp

Brown sugar

1 tbsp

Honey

1 tsp

Maple Syrup

1 tsp

Tabasco

1 tsp

ketchup

1 tsp

bbq sauce

1 tsp

flour (or corn starch) to thicken

Note: If you don’t have all the above ingredients – no problem. They may be not as tasty, but try to get the basics – Hot sauce, honey, butter, flour.
