GF tamari (or soy sauce if gluten isn’t an issue)
Corn tortillas

Tomato salsa (we love locally-made Papalote salsa)

Cotija, queso fresco, or feta, crumbled (or jack or another melting cheese, melted onto the tortillas in a skillet prior to assembling)
