organic kale, shredded

sprouts (optional)

tangerine, peeled/sliced (optional)

nori wrap, crushed or seaweed rice crackers

Tempeh:

4 oz

tempeh, sliced into triangles

2 tsp

maple syrup

3/4 tsp

tamari

1/2 tsp

extra virgin olive oil

Dressing: 1 Tbsp tahini + 1 tsp maple syrup + 2 tsp lemon juice + 1 tsp cider vinegar
