red onion, sliced vertically

Feta Cheese

Kalamata olives, pitted & sliced

ripe tomatoes, cored & cubed (1 inch pieces)

plain, low fat Greek Yogurt (I use Fage)

grated, peeled cucumber

white wine vinegar

garlic powder
