finely shredded coconut (I use my coffee grinder to make it as fine as I possibly can)

milk (any kind will do)

2 tbsp

melted coconut oil

honey depending on how sweet you like it

1/2 tsp

peppermint extract

dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (enjoy life is perfect!)
