rolled oats (use gluten free if needed)

dairy free milk of choice, divided*
1/2 tsp
vanilla essence

flax OR 1 large egg if not vegan (Can sub for 1 large egg white)
1 tbsp
coconut flour (Can sub for almond flour, oat flour or extra rolled oats)
1 tbsp
granulated sweetener of choice (optional- I used a monk fruit blend)

scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
2 tbsp
cocoa powder (I used a mix of dark and standard cocoa)
Chocolate chips/chocolate sprinkles/granulated sweetener to top
