egg whites (sub for 1 flax egg for vegan version)

1/4 cup

+ dairy free milk of choice*

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

slightly salted butter for topping (omit use dairy free spread for vegan)

Caramel and pecans, for topping
