Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili with Sweet Potato (Paleo & Whole30)

Green chiles

White or japanese sweet potato peeled and cut into 3/4 inch chunks (about 3 cups*), large

Yellow onion, small

2 cups

Bone broth or sugar free broth/stock, homemade

1/2 cup

Coconut cream

1 tbsp

Lime juice, fresh

1/4 tsp

Black pepper

1/8 tsp

Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp

Chili powder

2 tbsp

Nutritional yeast - optional

1 tsp

Salt

2 tsp

Cumin

1 tbsp

Ghee, organic

1 tsp

Dried cilantro or 1 tbsp fresh minced
