One Pan Roasted Lemon Pepper Salmon and Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

olive oil (, divided)

lemon zest

fresh lemon juice

garlic (, minced, divided)

dijon mustard

onion powder

each salt and fresh cracked black pepper (, plus more for asparagus)

lemon (, thinly sliced (optional))

lbs asparagus ((medium or thin spears), tough ends trimmed)

1/2 cup

finely shredded parmesan


NOTES

  • I omitted dijon mustard, and lemon zest. I used margarine instead of olive oil. It was delicious.
