Tamarind Paste (Can use equal parts brown sugar and lime juice, but it's not as good)

Vegetable Oil

garlic (Minced)

Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined )

Egg (Lightly beaten)

1/2 cup

Peanuts (Crushed)

1/2 cup

Bean Sprouts

2 tbsp

FreshChopped Cilantro
