Shrimp Scampi Zoodles

large shrimp, peeled and deveined

salt and freshly cracked black pepper

1/4 cup

dry white wine (I used Gallo Chardonnay)

1 tbsp

freshly squeezed lemon juice

medium sized zucchini spiralized into noodles (I used the Veggetti to spiralize my zucchini)

Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (about 2 tablespoons or as desired)

Freshly chopped parsley for garnish (about 1 tablespoon or as desired)
