Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough {grain-free, vegan, & low-carb}

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 cups

almond flour

1 1/4 cups

xylitol (use whatever sweetener you like, but if you use something like coconut sugar it will affect the resulting color)

1 1/2 tsp

vanilla extract (see here for DIY Vanilla Extract)

1/2 cup

coconut flour

1 cup

butter (see alternatives in notes)

1/4 tsp

(or 8 scoops) white stevia extract powder (See How to Use Stevia)

1 tsp

salt (I use and recommend Real Salt)

2 cups

chocolate chips (my DIY Chocolate Chips work great for this!)

1 cup

walnuts (optional)
