Food coloring (I used Color Garden Pure Natural, made out of red beets from Natural Grocers)
5 cups
– Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup
– confectioners’ sugar
Strawberries (blueberries, and raspberries for topping)
Mint for decorating (optional)
