0% fat plain Greek yogurt

3/4 cup

sweet potato puree (roast a large sweet potato at 400°F for about 1 hour, or until very soft, then peel and puree until smooth)

1/2 cup

2% milk, preferably organic

2 tbsp

unrefined cane sugar (such as evaporated cane juice)

2 tsp

pure vanilla extract

1 tsp

ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp

Kosher salt
