prepared chicken leftover marinated and grilled chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken

4 oz

baby spinach stems removed

1 cup

cherry tomatoes halved

1/3 cup

crumbled feta cheese

1/3 cup

slivered almonds toasted

Dressing

large orange 2 teaspoons zest; 4 tablespoons juice

large lemon ½ teaspoon zest; 2 tablespoons juice

3 tbsp

honey

2 tsp

Dijon mustard do not use regular

1/2 tsp

fine sea salt

1/2 cup

olive oil vegetable oil or canola oil can also be used

Optional: freshly cracked pepper, fresh parsley
