We didn’t have fresh thyme so I used a little dried thyme and it turned out delicious. Asiago can be a strong taste for some people so keep that in mind when making this recipe. You can use way less and it still turns out delicious. We love it and often shred just a little extra to put on top. We have served this with rice or noodles.
