Frozen bag of mixed veggies (carrots, peas and corn (or use your refrigerator leftovers))
garlic (minced)

Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
1 tbsp
fresh chopped thyme
Kosher salt and pepper
Optional - sliced mushrooms and/or diced tomatoes
Mashed potatoes (I used about 2 lb. of spuds. You don’t need a recipe… peel, boil, mash, add butter, milk, salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg.)
