NOTES
Love this, but, add a lot of things: Sausage before anything else, Peppers with the onions, toast the orzo in the pot then cook with 2 cups of broth and some red pepper flakes (boil then simmer until sauce is completely absorbed) add sliced/chopped sundried tomatoes around the same time as adding the milk and reduce the amount of milk a little, just add enough as needed to help the Parmesan incorporate (omit the flour). This will not end up saucy, but will be delicious!
