Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings Casserole

to 4 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded (boil chicken breast in water, cool and shred))

1 cup

chicken broth (from boiled chicken)

1/2 cup

butter (dairy-free use Earth Balance butter)

2 cups

Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick (If you don't have gluten-free Bisquick you can use this recipe to make your own.)

2 cups

of milk (or use dairy-free milk of choice)

1 can

gluten-free cream of chicken soup or cream soup (For the cream soup I like Full Flavor Foods and cream of chicken I like Pacific gluten-free See dairy-free option below.)

3 tsp

chicken granules (You can also substitute 1 teaspoon of gluten-free poultry seasoning)

1 tsp

dried sage

1/2

  teaspoon black pepper

1/2 tsp

salt or more to taste

1/2 cup

frozen peas

1/2 cup

frozen corn

 Full Flavor Foods Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Gravy Chicken Gravy made with 1 1/4 cups dairy-free milk. Use in place of cream of chicken soup (chicken broth and granules mixture.)
