Definitely a keeper. Served over angel hair pasta. Easy and delicious.
This will for sure be going into our regular rotation. It’s pretty simple and very flavorful. We used Trader Joe’s marinara sauce and served it over spaghetti noodles tossed in the extra sauce. Yum!

Such an easy dinner for a weekday busy family. I used the Panko breaded uncooked tenderloins (Costco) and skipped those steps. It was quick and a crowd pleaser!
