For the salsa:

finely diced cucumber, peeled and seeds scooped out

finely minced red onion

jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely minced

cilantro, chopped

avocado, diced into small cubes
1 tbsp
fresh lime juice
Loved the blackened tilapia. Enjoyed the salsa also but personally prefer them separately.
