mayo (I used reduced fat)
1/3 cup
water

medium-sized tomatillos, husked and chopped
1/2 cup
packed cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
1 1/2 tsp
minced garlic

small jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1 1/2 tsp
lime juice
Good flavor, doesn't need water
Don’t add the water, it’s already pretty thin so I can’t imagine how liquidy it would be with it. Besides that, we love it!
