NOTES
I doubled the recipe amount (except for butter melted in pan) and put it all in a 9x13 pan and cooked it for a total of 25 minutes. It turned out so great! My family loves this recipes for our Sunday breakfasts.

I mix about 1/3 of the butter into the batter. A little squeeze of lemon on the pancake as it is fresh out of the oven is a super tasty embellishment.

I use 1 tbsp salt. For a twist do 50/50 milk/buttermilk. Shorten cook time for convection.
