NOTES
This is mostly my recipe...my changes.
I used 2 eggs. I did 2lb of beef and 1 lb of ground sausage. And used 1 lg organic vodka sauce, and one can of roasted tomatoes with garlic that I blended in a food processor.
I used 6 zucchini and sliced with my ribbon sliced from my spiralizer. (Rene)
It made two pans.
