  We marinated it for 4 hours and I wish I had marinated it longer. The taste wasn’t quite as strong as I would have liked. Next time, I will be marinating it over night. The flavor was great though!

  Delicious, true carne asada flavor--we loved it! I marinated the meat overnight and cooked it on a 450F skillet vs BBQ. We will definitely make this again.

  We loved it and will definitely be using this recipe again! It wasn't over marinated after 18 hours, longer would have been even better.
