Vegenaise (or other vegan mayonnaise)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

fresh Spinach Leaves

medium Tomato (thinly sliced)

medium Carrot (shredded very finely)

Pear (sliced thin)

Almond Milk

Zucchini (finely shredded & drained of it's liquid)

1/2 cup

Carrot (finely shredded)

Whole Wheat Flour
