coconut oil (soft) or butter(soft) if you can have dairy

cup, packed of THM Baking Blend or 1 cup of Oat Flour (ground oats) or Mama's Baking Mix(grain free)
1/2 cup
egg whites
1 tsp
baking powder
salt
4 1/2 tsp
THM Sweet Blend (2 tsp mixed into the berries, 2½ tsp in the dough) or double for Truvia.
3 tbsp
Unsweetened Applesauce or 0% Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp
butter extract (I like this since I can't use butter in mine)
1/4 cup
Old Fashioned Oats
