German Chocolate Cake (low-carb, sugar-free)

bar of unsweetened chocolate

1 cup

0% Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup

almond milk

3/4 cup

Truvia (if you want to use THM Sweet Blend try less than half the amount)

1 cup

room temp unsalted butter (two sticks)

2 1/2 cups

almond flour or almond meal

1 tsp

baking soda

3/4 tsp

baking powder

2 tsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

salt (or your preference)

1/2 cup

unsalted butter (one stick)

1 cup

heavy whipping cream (you could possibly use half & half or almond milk but I have not tried this)

1/2 cup

Truvia (try 1/4 cup of THM Sweet Blend if using that)
