Spicy Honey Lime Chicken Thigh Recipe

to 2 pounds boneless, (skinless chicken thighs (about 8 thighs) (chicken breasts work well too but need to cook longer))

crushed chili pepper flakes ((optional))

chopped fresh parsley for garnish
