Vegan Ranch Dressing Made from Cashews

raw cashews (+ water to soak)

1/4 cup

olive oil

1/3 cup

lemon juice

1/2 cup

unsweetened soy or almond milk (Usually, I use regular and unsweet vegan milks interchangeably, but in this recipe,unsweetened is important!, or more as needed)

2 tbsp

fresh garlic chives (regular chives will also work, minced)

1 tsp

dried dill

2 tbsp

fresh parsley (minced)

1/2 tsp

onion powder

paprika

salt (and fresh black pepper, to taste)
